Bearcats errors, walks and runners left on base cost the Virginia High
team a second loss in the Mingo Bay Classic at Myrtle Beach, SC. St.
James of Myrtle Beach defeated the Bearcats 6-5 in their final game of
the tournament. The Sharks only needed four hits as VHS committed five
errors in the game. Robbie Stout took the loss on the mound giving up
three walks that eventually scored. At the plate, Case Stallard punched
a pair of hits for the Bearcats. Virginia High now returns home and will
prepare for the Big Six Tournament starting on Wednesday.
