Brent Davenport banged out four hits and seven RBI's in four plate
 appearances to help lead
the Bearcats to a Clinch Mountain District win over Lee. Virginia High
finished the five inning game with eighteen hits off four different
pitchers in the Generals' lineup. Robbie Stout had a three for four game
belting out a double, a pair of singles and three RBI's. Stout also got
the win with five innings on the mound giving up five hits and two
walks. Josh Murray helped out with three hits and two RBI's. Murray was
on base and scored with all five of his plate appearances. VHS has no
time to rest and will face Gate City in another district game Friday
night at Hunter Wright Stadium in Kingsport.
