Dylan Sullins earned the win on the mound and also had a three for four
night at the plate to help lead the Bearcats to a 14-5 non-district win
over Powell Valley. Sullins had a double, two singles and four RBI's and
pitched five innings giving up four hits. Anthony McCoy added a double,
a single, one RBI and three stolen bases.Tyler Arnett relieved Sullins
for the final two innings facing the minimum batters and also added a
two RBI base hit. Virginia High will face Clinch Mountain District rival
Lee at Devault Stadium on Friday night.
