After winning five straight games, the Bearcats ended their streak with
a 7-4 loss to cross-town rival Tennessee High. Virginia High scrapped
thru five innings with the Vikings before giving up three runs in the
bottom of the sixth inning to give THS the win. The Bearcats left
runners in scoring position in four of their innings at bat. Dakota
Katelouzos and Seth Davis each had two hits. Davis accounted for two
RBI's and Katelouzos had one RBI. Virginia High will take a breather and
then face Clinch Mountain District foe John Battle on Friday night.
