Stratford of South Carolina cruised by the Bearcats 12-2 in the H.I.T.
held in Charleston, SC. Virginia High struggled at the plate and in the
field in the loss. VHS had five hits in the game including Seth Davis'
two hits and Brandon Nave's two run homerun. Starting pitcher Josh
Paolucci gave up nine hits in three and a third innings before being
relieved by Hunter McCall. McCall gave way to Anthony Booher after two
innings. Stratford knocked four homeruns in their fifteen hit attack.
The Bearcats also committed five errors in the field. VHS will play
Pinewood Prep of South Carolina on Thursday.
